1. The hotel is intended for temporary residence of guests. After the expiry of the period for which the room is booked for the resident, the guest is obliged to release the room or prolong the booking in agreement with the administration. 2. If there are available rooms, the guest can be populated before the set time of arrival (early check-in). Check-out time (departure of guests): until 12:00. If there are available rooms, the hotel administration is entitled to check-out after the check-out time (late check-out), with payment: on departure for each hour of the delayed time according to the price list. 4. Check-in is possible only if the guests have a passport. All foreign guests temporarily staying on the territory of the Russian Federation are subject to compulsory migration accounting in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation. 5. If you want to stay at what you want, you need to leave a deposit of 50% of the total price for the period of stay. 8. Payment for accommodation and services at the hotel is at the prices set by the hotel. The hotel prohibits: - to bring and keep strangers in the living rooms. - keep bulky things, flammable materials, weapons, narcotic drugs, as determined by the legislation of the Russian Federation; - keep animals and birds; - to live persons under 18 years old without the accompaniment of adults (relative or teacher). - to drink alcoholic and low alcohol drinks, to be in a state of alcoholic or narcotic intoxication; - disturb the peace of the guests; - smoke in all rooms, except for specially designated places, in accordance with Federal Law No. 15-FZ. For smoking in unassigned places the guest can be evicted from the hotel without a refund of money, including for the next 24 hours. 16. The hotel administration reserves the right to early terminate the guest's stay and evict him in case he is in a state of alcoholic, narcotic or other kind of intoxication or in case it violates the rules of staying at the hotel. 17. The hotel administration is not responsible for the operation of city communications (emergency shutdown of light, water, heat, etc.). 18. In the absence of a guest at the place of residence for more than a day (according to the calculated hour) without warning to the hotel administration, the administration has the right to create or make access to storage, with the guest's payment for storage in accordance with the price list approved by the administration. The administration takes the necessary measures to search for the guest and return the forgotten things (at the expense of the guest). 19. In case of complaints from the guest, the administration takes all possible measures to resolve the conflict. 20. In case, if after the departure of the guest there is a spoilage of property or the smell of cigarettes, the administration reserves the right to write off compensation for the damage caused and additional expenses for removing the smell from smoking cigarettes.
