The hotel is intended for temporary accommodation. Upon expiration of the booking period, the guest is obliged to vacate the room or extend the stay in agreement with the administration. The hotel is open 24 hours a day.
1. Check-in and check-out (check-out time)
Check-in time: from 14:00 to 00:00.
Early check-in is possible (before 14:00), subject to availability of rooms.
Check-out time (check-out time): before 12:00.
Late check-out is possible (after 12:00), subject to availability of rooms.
The maximum length of stay is not set.
- Free cancellation is possible at least three days in advance.
- If the reservation is cancelled less than three days in advance, the cost of one night will be charged.
2. Booking and payment
Check-in at the hotel is only possible if you have a passport.
All foreign guests are subject to mandatory migration registration in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation.
- In high season or upon arrival after 16:00, an advance payment is required to confirm the reservation.
- The cost of accommodation and services is set by the hotel administration.
- Payment is accepted in cash or by bank cards MIR, VISA, MASTERCARD.
3. Hotel services
Included in the room rate:
Bed linen, towels, bathroom accessories.

The city map.
Access to the kitchen (microwave, kettle, dishes).

4. Guest Accommodation Rules
The guest must:
Follow the established hotel rules.
Keep rooms and public spaces clean.
Strictly observe the rules of fire safety.
Observe silence from 22:00 to 09:00.
To compensate for damages in case of loss or damage to the property of the hotel.
It is forbidden to:
Bring and leave unauthorized persons in the rooms.
Store bulky items, flammable materials, weapons, and narcotic drugs.
Keep animals and birds.
Persons under the age of 18 may live unaccompanied by adults (relatives or teachers).
To consume alcoholic beverages and be under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
Disturbing the peace of other guests.
Smoke in all rooms except in places specially designated for this purpose (according to Federal Law No. 15-FZ). For smoking in unintended places, the guest can be evicted without a refund.
5. Additional information and responsibilities
Video surveillance is conducted in public areas to ensure the safety of guests.
Forgotten items: the administration takes measures to return the forgotten items to the owners. The storage period for forgotten items, if the owner is not found, is 7 days.
The hotel reserves the right to terminate the guest's stay ahead of schedule and evict him (without refund) in case of alcohol, drug or other intoxication, as well as in case of violation of the rules of accommodation or public order.
The hotel administration is not responsible for the operation of urban communications (emergency shutdown of light, water, heat, etc.).
If the guest is absent from the room for more than a day (after check-out time) without warning, the administration has the right to make an inventory of his property and move it to storage. The storage fee is charged to the guest. The administration is taking measures to find a guest.
In case of complaints, the administration takes all measures to resolve the conflict.
In case of damage to property or the smell of cigarettes after the guest's departure, the administration reserves the right to deduct compensation for the damage caused and additional costs for eliminating the smell. An act of property damage is drawn up beforehand.
In all cases not provided for by these rules, the administration and the guest are guided by the current legislation of the Russian Federation.
